Favorite Two Games of All Time - Past & Present

List you're two favorite games of all time. Rather than limit it, make one from the past, a classic, and one recent one.
I just pulled ou the old Mario Bros. 3 from nintendo, that was a classic, but I'm going to give me vote for Mega Man 3 I think it was....
As for recent? Rainbow Six for Xbox is hot, so is splinter cell pandora tomorrow....

Right now in my console is ESPN NFL 2K5. The game is loads of fun to play with your buddies and such. Best game though? I doubt it, it's just hot right now. All time on the PS2 for me? hmmmmm....I'm a big sports fan so something there....
Classic favorite? Blades of Steel! hahaha, that's sticking with the nintendo theme. I liked the Shemue series, it kept me busy despite the fact I'm not into RTS/RPG/Action games likes that.
