If you've arrived from our www.discussvideogames.com/rentvideogames.html page or directly from the web, here are some FAQ's to help you along your way. Post any question you may have as well.
- GameFly only ships to the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to Canada, any U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, or any other international destination.
- Games ship from Los Angeles, CA. Shipping time averages 2-4 days anywhere in the US, but it can vary from customer to customer as well as from shipment to shipment, depending on your postal route, delivery location, local post office, the volume of mail, the weather, holidays, etc.

Please post your Gamefly reviews here. If your happy or unhappy with their service, let the gamer board know.
Gamefly offers a FREE TRIAL of their services which consists of:
10-day Free Trial beginning when your account is activated. To avoid any charges you would need to cancel before the 10th day. Any games you have out must be received in our office within 7 days of cancellation to avoid further charges. - Your free trial begins as soon as you create your account and start your subscription. (So order right away cause it takes time to ship!)
- To verify your account information and identity, we require a valid credit card for all GameFly subscriptions, including promotions and free trials.
- Once you start putting games in Your GameQ, we'll send the first two available titles in Your GameQ right away.
- When your free trial period is over, your subscription is automatically extended at the low $21.95 monthly rate for our 2-Game Plan, plus any applicable sales tax.
- You can change your account information at any time by logging in to Your Account.
- If you cancel your subscription before your 10-day Free Trial period has ended, your credit card will not be charged.
