Activision Release Call of Duty 2 Patch over Xbox Live	Can't Post

Activision has released an Xbox Live update that fixes that particular problem, but other issues still remain unaddressed, primarily in the game's popular Xbox Live multiplayer component.

Most prominent among the still-existing bugs is an exploit that allows one player to cheat in a system link match. The game's limited Xbox 360 multiplayer modes and pokey internet performance are other long-standing frustrations that recently led to widespread community outcry.

A Microsoft employee's blog reassures Xbox 360 owners that "additional updates" are on the way, including fixes designed to introduce "a number of multiplayer enhancements to the community."
