Some British "sources" have leaked the next console name as Xbox 360, which has apparently been "confirmed," and the console itself will be concave and in platinum white.

The logo purportedly will be a round nexus alluding to the 360, and interestingly enough, Microsoft has an image on their E3 press registration site that shows a series of green concentric circles. While it doesn't prove that the name is official, the site's flash intro with pulsating green circle rings makes it a nevertheless a more plausible candidate.

Although Microsoft has denied Ourcolony.net being tied to its next-generation Xbox, multiple connections have been found--among them J. Allard's gamertag pic from the 2005 GDC sporting the same logo as the ant seen in Ourcolony.net. Fliers and stickers of the ant logo and Ourcolony.net have appeared near numerous gaming retailers--even at the PSP launch at the Metreon. In addition, the Ourcolony.net has a countdown timer which expires on May 12--the date that the next-gen Xbox will be unveiled on MTV.
