Currently rumours surrounding Halo 3 is that it won't ship with the launch of Xbox 2 in 2005. It will instead launch in fall 2006 on Xbox 2, simultaneously with the release of PS3 and the Nintendo Revolution. Bungie will not cut corners to try and make launch only one year after Halo 2, and quite frankly they need to spend more time cleaning up the ending sequence......

Halo 3 has many rumors in when it will come out, but the most common rumor is Summer 2005. Which is very unlikely because all of u saw how long it took halo 2 to release. No way Halo 3 will take about half a year to release.
Other rumors talk about Xbox 2, im not sure when that is coming out

I believe Halo 3 is coming out, but in a few years on the new Xbox. Its not called the Xbox 3 as many think but the Xbox 360. Well look forward to more Halo gaming! And for the rest of you posting more would be nice... Please msg me, I'd like to get into the community!

Well i hope that in Halo 3 you have the ability to dive, choose if u want to hold the gun in ur right or left hand, and i hope they make the sword like it is in campaign in Halo 2 were u can run out of plasma. I would aslo like stun grenades and make it to were u dont start off with a gun but u can punch. More vehicles would be nice to kinda live the ATV and other stuff. Another thing that bring in more people is if u can choose if u want the game to be 1st person or 3rd person. Another thing is it would be nice if they made it to when u click in the thumb stick to crouch u can let off and it would stay crouched and click it in again to stand up. Well i could go on and on but i think i will stop here. If n e of u have xbox live my gamertag is Dead Arron (yes i know Arron is spelled like Aaron)

Yea seems like everyone is peeved at the sword in multi. Some interesting suggestions you have there such as the dive ability...... Swimming might be another cool addition. More vehicles is always better, mind you, improved controls on them would be nice too....

It would be wise of bungie to add more things to do, like Battle Field, where you can take over certain spawn points and so on. I also think that more melee would be better too, such as melee combinations or how about a weapon in one hand and your fist as the other, where you can grab others and toss them?
Who knows, but I really hope they use the max of the 360's capabilities.
Even if it sucks, there is always Halo 2 to fall back on.
