ESPN NHL 2K5 is ready to ship, and fans are ready to skate. The new NHL 2K5 is expected to meet the hype of expectations, the new games is full of enhancements such as the Party Mode which offers the ultimate multi-player hockey experience as gamers compete in 15 different hockey-themed mini-games to claim their title as "King of the Rink."
Revamped gameplay with the new Intense Contact Controls realizes the physical nature of hockey as players utilize them to hinder the movement of adversaries and intimidate the opposing team. You can even direct stick movement with the right analog stick.
Dream Team Mode pits players against several all-star caliber teams hand-selected by well-known NHL athletes and ESPN personalities including Martin St. Louis, Jeremy Roenick, Chris Drury, Brendan Shanahan, Marty Turco, Steve Levy, and many more.
An expanded Skybox offers players more than 150 unlockables, such as retro jerseys, a Heritage Classic Mode, "create-a-team" logos, NHL trivia, shuffleboard, air hockey, remote outdoor locations and more!
