SOE Signs Agreement with Warner for DC Comics Can't Post
Sony Online Entertainment has signed an exclusive long-term agreement allowing it to develop multiplayer online games based on DC Comics characters, which include Batman and Superman.

The deal with Warner Brothers also includes the acquisition of The Matrix Online game. Financial details of the licensing agreements were not disclosed.

Sony plans to work with Warner Bros. in creating DC Comics games for the PC and "next-generation gaming platforms." DC's most popular characters include Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and the Sandman. The first releases are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2007.
