Amid consistent pressure from politicians, fans, and media, the ESRB rating for GTA 4 has been changed to ADULT. The reason stems from the recent discovery of 'easter egg' content that was sexually explicit. Rockstar Games has said they've stopped making the old version and are now making a new one....
