Media Create has released its latest Japanese hardware charts covering the week ending March 27, 2005. This week the DS trumped the longtime leader PSP, selling 55,825 units. PSP and PS2 still maintained steady sales and solid, selling 43,043 units and 40,398 units, respectively.
Nintendo DS: 55,825 (Annual: 485,370)
PlayStation Portable: 43,043 (Annual: 623,163)
PlayStation 2: 40,398 (Annual: 642,714)
Game Boy Advance SP: 14,904 (Annual: 212,760)
GameCube: 4,568 (Annual: 74,584)
Game Boy Advance: 653 (Annual: 6,906)
Xbox: 406 (Annual: 5,012)
