I know an issue with video games these days is excercise especially as obescity is increasing amongst teens and young adults (the majority of gamers today). So developers have created such games as DDR and eye toy where gamers physically interact with the games. Hopefully this will encourage weight loss.

I personally love a new one i found ...i think its called extreme boxing or something... its fun :)
