Calgary Flames Forum Taken Down -Post here

The calgary flames forum for fans and NHL fans has been shut down. I was in contact with one of the mods who said this:
"The message board is down and will be down for what i can only describe as, "an indefinite amount of time." This comes as a result of posts containing cartoons that depict the Prophet Muhammad in Off-topic. Someone took major offence to the discussions and images. "
We know this board is off topic, however, we'll allow all Flames fans to post game notes and such in this off topic forum in the intrim. Both our sites will permit this type of posting. Hope this helps :P

I heard about this, i guess they don'e care since the olympics are coming and they can work something out in that off time. But tonite they play the Blues..... don't know if anybody will be to eager to jump ship, they probably all went to crappy CP

i'm guessing it may come back after the break, can't see it being down forever. too bad someone went to the trouble of threatening flames brass. must have been quite the threat to have them take it down. they didni't even do that for the nudity way back when.
