Ubisoft has reached a co-publishing and distribution agreement with Hip Interactive Europe, an international publisher of PC and video games, to bring Rugby Challenge 2006 on the PlayStation 2, Xbox, and PC in Europe and PAL territories. Developed by Swordfish studios, the creators of the critically-acclaimed Jonah Lomu Rugby, Rugby Challenge 2006 is scheduled for November 2005.

• A new reference in rugby simulation: The game provides up-to-date 2006 content (names, teams, tournament, and rules) and the fluid and quick play phases of a real rugby game. 5 official stadiums have been reproduced and more than 450 teams & 2000 players in total.
