Activision's True Crime: New York City to Feature Redman Can't Post

Redman will be the featured recording artist on Activision's "True Crime: New York City" video game. The soundtrack will mark the first release of "Rush the Security," a track from Redman's upcoming Def Jam album "Red Gone Wild."

Additionally, the hip-hop star will contribute two new and original songs besides being an unlockable character in the game itself. This means a digital version of Redman will join in the action as a reward once players achieve a certain level of success.

"True Crime: New York City" follows "True Crime: Los Angeles" in Activision's successful crime franchise, developed by Luxoflux for PlayStation 2, Xbox and Nintendo GameCube. Not yet rated, the game is scheduled for release in the fall.
